Ouachita Parish is fortunate to have much land available for development. There are four industrial parks in the parish that are home to numerous businesses that benefit from the resources on-site. All are served by rail, have utilities on-site, and easy highway access.

The Monroe Air Industrial Park, a 446-acre park adjacent to the Monroe Regional Airport, accesses Interstate-20, U.S. Highway 165 and U.S. Highway 80.

Ouachita River Industrial Park in Richwood, is located on the Ouachita River, providing a 9-foot draft. The park has 64 acres available for development.

West Ouachita Industrial Park is located on Interstate-20 in West Monroe with approximately 93 acres available for industrial development.

The West Monroe-West Ouachita Industrial Park in West Monroe is a unique multi-use park with 214 acres available for development.
